Ingredients
1 Venison backstrap
Allegros Wild Game Tame marinade
Preparation
Step 1
Trim all excess fat and silver skin from backstrap. Cut backstrap into 2 inch thick steaks
Step 2
Place medallions in a large bowl and cover with Allegros until fully submerged. Marinate for 25-30 min.
Step 3
Heat grill to 400 degrees
Step 4
Place medallions on grill and cook each side for 2-3 min., until internal temp. reaches 145 degrees. Serve.
