About the Recipe

Ingredients
2 tenderloins
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic seasoning
1 package fettucine noodles
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Bacon grease
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup freshly shredded Gorgonzola cheese
Optional: Parsley for garnishing
Preparation
Step 1
Trim off silver skin and coat each tenderloin with bacon grease on all sides. Season tenderloins generously with salt, pepper and garlic.
Step 2
Heat cast iron skillet on high heat and sear tenderloins until medium rare. Remove from skillet and set aside to rest.
Step 3
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettucine noodles according to package.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium low, add garlic cloves and cook until fragrant. While stirring, add heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and Everglades seasoning. Add cheese and stir until melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Slice tenderloins into thin slices going against the grain. Add fettucine noodles and sliced tenderloin to sauce and mix to combine. Garnish with optional parsley and serve.
